There are various parking facilities available in the immediate vicinity of the Danube stations.

Tickets are available at our ticket stations in Krems, Dürnstein, Spitz and Melk as wekk as directly on board when boarding in Weißenkirchen. If you already have an online ticket, you can use it to board directly.
Our MS Austria departs from Krems at 10:05 am. Boarding is already possible from 09:00. Our ticket office Krems is open from 08:30.
In case of combined tickets (boat trip incl. gastronomic service – e.g. “Culinary River Cruise”) and for
a la carte bookingswe reserve a table for you.
For all other cases you can chooses any seat you like.
Bicycle transport is possible with a valid ticket. (Also in the private bus shuttle on the return trip Spitz – Melk)

- Children’s bike (10-15 years): € 1,00
- Children’s bike (up to 10 years): free of charge
- Bicycle trailer: € 2,00

The bikes can be rented/returned via app or hotline call. It is possible to return bikes elsewhere then loaned out.

You can reach our departure/arrival stations Krems, Spitz and Melk by train (ÖBB). Buses and cab companies are available to take you from the train station to the Danube stations.
